1. Bookings
Quotes via WhatsApp or this website are estimates until confirmed in writing by Morizen. A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle or tour date.
2. Drivers & documents
Self-drive customers must hold a valid licence recognised in Sri Lanka and meet any age requirements we communicate at booking. Chauffeur services are driven by Morizen staff or contracted drivers.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund rules will be confirmed on your booking message. Late cancellations may incur fees.
4. Liability
Customers are responsible for traffic fines, tolls and damage beyond normal wear where attributable to misuse. Tour packages exclude hotel and ticket costs unless stated.
